ABOUT
I’m a Pittsburgh transplant specializing in traditional and digital design. I have had several brief stints at traditional art schools, but as life takes hold and things happen, I was steered in a less traditional direction. As a synesthete, I most often interpret the colours, shapes, and patterns evoked by the world around me. When creating physical art I’m often found interpreting sound and emotion and using the power to create to bring light to the inner workings of my soul.
As The e.e.p.arts Experience, I frequently develop commissions stemming from something as simple as the client's favorite colour or memory they describe. Logo and font design are personal passions and it has been a privilege to invent logos for several organizations; a favorite being The Raven’s Nevermind Podcast. From across the country to as far as the UK and Australia I take pride in presenting just what the client needs. Closer to home I have worked for There Ultra Lounge and Camilla Aston Queen’s Sinful Sunday and Visit Pittsburgh’s Pull Up a Chair Campaign. Previously seen at The Manos Gallery and weekly at PTown Bar and at various shows throughout the city of Pittsburgh.
When not indulging in the creative process, I lectured at my former secondary school and acted as an HIV awareness advocate. I build pieces from my heart, and I hope that as you encounter my work, you’re able to get a glimpse into who I am.

Eric Petty reserves the right to retain all images for portfolio and reference use after creation. Logos created and personal images will not be used in any other manner. Publicly available images may be re-used at
any time as the designer sees fit.

A non-refundable commission fee of half the full price of our commission (minus shipping is applicable) will be added to all commissions.
You must arrange for pick up or delivery by the artist your item will be held for no more than 15 days. After which point it may be made available for sale to other clients. Payments and fees are non-refundable if you choose to not make arrangements to pick up your order. No exceptions.
